I was so pleased with the friendliness of the entire staff. Upon walking into the office, the front receptionist was so welcoming as well as others behind the desk/in the office. Our dental hygienist, Melinda, was amazing. My children really enjoyed meeting her and she helped ease them into their first dentist visit. Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! I recently moved to the area and was recommended this dentist from my pediatrician. I was a little apprehensive at first because my kids have had terrible experiences with other dentist. I could feel the anxiety leave me when we walked in the door. 10/10 recommend!!!! Especially if you’re a first-time mom!
This was my son’s 1st dentist appointment and he did awesome! When we got there, they had his name on a poster outside welcoming him (along with other kids’ names), I was soo happy and excited more than my son was lol. The staffing was ever so sweet and nice! Everything went fast when it came to check in and getting him seen followed along with great communication on what’s going on to make my son feel "not afraid" and welcomed. I have never seen such a caring, friendly staff. They were able to ease my worries and care for my child in such a way that we left and my child said, “I want to go back!” This was after a tooth extraction!
